Roofing in Tappen

Highway houses, a few lakeside places, and shops with metal roofs. Call now.

Tappen is the small community on the Trans-Canada between Salmon Arm and Sorrento. It is not a long cottage strip. Houses, some acreage off the highway, and a few places nearer the water. The drive is shorter than Sicamous or Chase. If it changes the price, we say so before we come.

Shops and metal roofs

A lot of the outbuildings here are metal: a shop, a shed, a cover over equipment. Exposed-fastener panel is common on those. The screws and the washers are what we look at. Houses beside them are often asphalt.

Say which roof you mean. If you want the house in metal too, the differences are on themetal roofing page. Snow leaves a metal roof in one sheet, so look at what's parked under the eave.

Needles and the north slope

Firs along the highway and the acreage drives drop needles into valleys and gutters. The north side goes green. That's themoss and gutters page, not a new roof, unless the shingles under it are already curling.

A few tabs missing after a wind are a repair. Grit piling up at the downspout is areplacement.

Say which driveway

"The highway" and a first name is not an address we can price from. Give the address, which side of the road, and a gate if there is one. A cabin empty all winter still needs someone to open it, or a code. Tell us if water is coming inside.

Say Tappen when you call. The short version of the lake towns is on the Shuswap page. Typical ranges are on thecost page. We confirm the price before we start. Call +1 (236) 835-2025.
