While you wait

• Don't get on a wet or snowy roof to poke at a lifted shingle. Take photos from the ground and call us.
• If water is already inside, put a bucket under it with a towel in the bucket, and move what you can.
• If the ceiling is bulging, keep people out from under it.
• Leave a loose shingle where it is if you can't reach it from the ground. Don't go up a ladder in the wind.
